The Challenge
Organic fertilisers reach Indian farmers only when ordering, delivery, and crop advisory all work together. Artha Enterprises needed to compress that complexity into a single mobile workflow farmers across India could actually use.
Our Approach
We built the full ecosystem — raw-material procurement, order management, mobile-first farmer ordering, real-time fulfilment status, and a direct advisory channel where farmers reach experts over video, image, or text for crop issues. The platform handles distribution end-to-end, on rails farmers trust. The structured advisory and outcome data is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven agronomy advisory systems extend.
