CareLink is a provider-patient communication platform engineered for healthcare organisations, unifying EMR-connected patient walls, two-way SMS, secure live chat, and configurable mission-critical alerting across clinical teams.
The Challenge
Healthcare providers were juggling phone calls, paper notes, disjointed EMRs, and consumer messaging tools — none of which were safe, auditable, or built for the structure of a multidisciplinary care team. Communication gaps were silently driving worse outcomes and creating real compliance risk.
Our Approach
CareLink unifies an EMR-aware patient wall with two-way SMS, secure live chat, and configurable contact forms. Workflows are mapped to the actual structure of care teams, with mission-critical alerting routed by role and urgency. The structured patient-communication data layer we built is exactly the foundation that intelligent triage and AI assistive tools now plug into.
