Project Overview
An augmented reality medical-device storytelling application enabling Cipla's sales representatives to visually explain the internal engineering, research, and quality of a complex inhaler device to healthcare professionals.
The Challenge
Modern inhaler devices contain layers of internal engineering — flow chambers, dosing mechanisms, materials science — that drive clinical superiority, yet remain invisible behind the casing. Sales reps were struggling to communicate this depth to HCPs using static brochures.
Our Approach
We built an AR-driven application that overlays the device's internal architecture in 3D, with structured narrative paths the rep could walk through. HCPs could see the engineering, the research lineage, and the quality systems behind the product — at the same physical scale as the device itself.
The Outcome
Reps gained a credibility-building tool that elevated the conversation from feature-listing to clinical engineering. The application became part of Cipla's standard sales enablement kit for the product line.
