Identify Oral Care is a multi-tenant dental EMR with built-in patient self-booking, X-ray-aware records, integrated billing, and treatment analytics — designed to power an Uber-style network of independent dental clinics.
The Challenge
Identify Oral Care set out to build an Uber-style network across independent dental clinics — meaning patients, dentists, and the operator all needed a single system covering discovery, booking, clinical records, billing, and analytics. No off-the-shelf dental EMR was designed for this multi-clinic operating model.
Our Approach
We built the full platform end-to-end: clinic and dentist onboarding with services and rate cards, patient-facing booking by location and treatment, an integrated dental EMR with X-ray storage and full medical history accessible to the patient, billing through the system, and dashboards covering patient cohorts, treatment outcomes, and revenue. The structured longitudinal record layer is the kind of substrate today's AI-driven oral-health analytics products plug into.
The Outcome
Identify Oral Care launched a working multi-clinic network on a single operating system, with measurable improvements in booking conversion, clinical continuity, and revenue visibility.
