Ellora is a mental-health EMR with end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management — uniquely client-customisable health records, integrated telehealth across Twilio, Zoom, and Vonage, and full billing reconciliation across eligibility, claims, and payments.
The Challenge
Mental-health practices have non-standard clinical workflows, sensitive note structures, and complex billing flows that off-the-shelf EMRs handle poorly. Practices were forced to choose between rigid EMRs and unsupported customisation — both routes hurt clinicians and revenue.
Our Approach
We engineered Ellora as a mental-health-first EMR with deep client-side customisation of records and workflows, integrated telehealth via Twilio, Zoom, and Vonage, and a full Revenue Cycle Management layer covering eligibility checks, claim submission, reconciliation, and AR follow-up. The system is built so each practice can shape it to its own clinical model without forking the platform. The structured clinical and billing data layer is the foundation today's AI-driven mental-health analytics and revenue automation runs on.
