Project Overview
An offline-first survey platform for field-based customer research at events, exhibitions, and rural deployments — collecting responses without connectivity and synchronising cleanly with the central server once reconnected.
The Challenge
Customer-research teams running surveys at events, exhibitions, and in rural areas could not rely on internet connectivity. Most survey tools failed silently when offline, losing valuable field data and frustrating respondents at exactly the moment the team needed the data most.
Our Approach
We engineered ePoll as an offline-first survey tool, with full functionality on-device and conflict-aware synchronisation with the central server once reconnected. The platform handles complex surveys, multi-modal responses, and large-volume capture during peak event traffic. Cleanly captured, structured survey data is exactly the substrate that AI-driven research analytics now build on.
The Outcome
Research teams ran reliable field surveys in connectivity-poor environments without data loss, and consolidated thousands of responses into a single, analysable dataset across events.
