A district-level digital household survey deployment in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, extending our field-survey platform with Arc GIS and Google Maps visualisation for civic planning.
The Challenge
Following the success in Burhanpur and Khandwa, the Madhya Pradesh Urban Ministry needed to extend the same level of demographic accuracy to additional districts — without re-engineering the platform per region or compromising on data quality during scale-out.
Our Approach
We scaled our digital household survey platform to Morena district, replicating the offline-capable field forms, GPS tagging, and centralised Arc GIS and Google Maps visualisation. The deployment captured around 300 data points per household and surfaced demographic distribution at street, neighbourhood, and city levels for officials to plan against.
The Outcome
Morena was brought onto the same single source of demographic truth, enabling targeted property and water tax planning and welfare-programme distribution at scale.
