The Challenge
Mid-sized organisations operating across recruitment, payroll, performance, and benefits were juggling four to six disconnected HR tools. xPointers' clients needed a single HRMS that covered the entire lifecycle without forcing employees to learn three different portals.

We built LifeLine as a unified HRMS — recruitment and hiring workflows, employee portal, benefits management, configurable workflows, payroll, taxation, time tracking, leave entitlement, performance evaluation, and training. Every module shares a structured employee data layer that is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven people analytics and HR copilots extend.
