MobiJot is a frictionless mobile capture app that lets users jot down anything — text, ideas, or speech — and auto-categorise it for fast retrieval later, with built-in speech-to-text.
The Challenge
Modern professionals are bombarded with information they need to capture in the moment, but consumer note apps demand structure and effort — exactly when the user has none. The signal gets lost between the moment of intent and the act of typing.
Our Approach
We built MobiJot as a friction-free capture app. Users dump text, ideas, or speech, and the app categorises and tags automatically for later retrieval. Built-in speech-to-text lets users capture by voice when typing is impossible. The structured personal-information layer is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven personal productivity copilots extend.
The Outcome
Users gained a low-friction capture habit that survives daily busy moments, with auto-categorisation handling the organisation work that previously stopped them from capturing at all.
