Rapport is a gamified sales acceleration platform combining game mechanics, social engagement, and data analytics to drive performance and recognition across pharma and life-sciences sales teams.
The Challenge
Field sales teams in pharma respond strongly to recognition, peer dynamics, and clear feedback loops — yet most sales-enablement tools focus narrowly on content delivery and reporting, missing the human motivation layer entirely.
Our Approach
We built Rapport as a gamification platform with structured mechanics, social leaderboards, and a data-analytics layer that translates field activity into points, rewards, and recognition. Managers configure incentive rules; reps see live progress against personalised challenges. The behavioural and performance data that flows through Rapport is the kind of signal AI-driven sales-coaching systems now learn from.
The Outcome
Adopting teams reported stronger field engagement, sharper week-over-week activity, and an incentive layer that was finally easy to operate at scale.
