A multi-GDS ski-booking platform powering SkiUSA and SkiBrasil, with end-to-end booking for hotels, flights, equipment, rentals, and ski passes — and a resort-facing inventory upload engine.
The Challenge
Ski travel sits at the intersection of hospitality, equipment rental, and resort logistics. SkiUSA and SkiBrasil needed a single booking engine that pulled live data across hotels, flights, ski equipment, rentals, and passes from multiple Global Distribution Systems — and let resorts upload their own inventory directly.
Our Approach
We engineered a multi-GDS booking engine integrating live availability and pricing across hotel, flight, equipment, rental, and pass APIs. Resorts were given a self-service interface to upload and manage their inventory, surfacing it through the same booking experience. The structured travel-data layer is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven travel concierge products extend.
The Outcome
SkiUSA and SkiBrasil launched a unified booking product for one of the most operationally fragmented travel categories, with select ski resorts onboarding directly to manage their own inventory.
