The Challenge
Patient consultations are short, and clinically important context is often delivered too fast for patients to absorb. Clinics needed a structured way to give patients trustworthy supplementary education at the right moment — without depending on the clinician to deliver it manually each time.
Our Approach
We built Smart Clinic as an in-clinic patient education platform — pre-check-up and post-check-up content tailored to the patient's condition and consultation context. Clinics deploy the platform on tablets or kiosks, and clinicians can prescribe specific content as part of the care plan. The structured patient-education delivery layer is the kind of substrate today's AI-driven patient communication systems extend.
The Outcome
Clinics reported improved patient understanding, more focused consultations, and a measurable lift in adherence to clinician guidance.
