Strategic Scheduling Software (SSS) is a production-target-driven dental scheduling platform that protects revenue against last-minute cancellations through real-time slot intelligence and provider-availability optimisation.
The Challenge
Last-minute appointment cancellations are one of the largest silent drains on a dental practice's revenue. NDMG needed a scheduling system that did not just record appointments — it had to actively defend production targets, flag at-risk weeks, and prompt the front office to refill cancelled slots before revenue was lost.
Our Approach
We built SSS around a production-target dashboard. The system maps providers' availability against weekly revenue goals and shows the front office a forward-looking view of attainment. When cancellations arrive, the dashboard's downward signal triggers structured prompts to refill — replacing the gut-feel scramble with a measurable workflow. The constraint-driven scheduling logic is precisely the kind of decision layer AI-driven appointment optimisation now extends.
