The Challenge
Cipla's patient services programme distributed free pathology test coupons, but managing the coupon lifecycle β issuance, redemption, validation across providers, and reconciliation β was operationally fragile across paper and partner spreadsheets.
Our Approach
We built a structured coupons management portal integrating directly with Lal Path Labs and Thyrocare. Coupons are issued, validated at the lab, tracked through redemption, and reconciled centrally β replacing manual workflows across multiple partners. The structured patient-services data layer is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven patient engagement systems extend.
The Outcome
Cipla's patient services programme ran on a single, auditable platform, with reliable coupon distribution, reduced fraud risk, and clean reconciliation with major path providers.
