The Challenge
Cipla wanted to drive learning and engagement across its sales team without resorting to dry training modules. The team responds to game mechanics, peer competition, and structured recognition — none of which a standard LMS delivers well.
Our Approach
We built a quiz solution rendered as a tic-tac-toe game with multi-level gameplay, calibrated to product learning objectives. A configurable rules engine handles rewards and recognition, letting Cipla tune incentives to specific products, regions, or campaigns. The structured engagement-and-outcome data is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven learning analytics extend.
