Project Overview
An end-to-end eLearning platform for an Indian education provider — subscription-based course access with full offline content download and synchronised progress across web, Android, and iOS.
The Challenge
Mindway needed to scale beyond classroom instruction to a digital-first learning model, but its students often studied on unreliable connectivity. A bookmarked lesson at 11pm was useless if the platform required an active connection to load it, and existing tools forced learners to stream every video on demand.
Our Approach
We delivered a unified eLearning ecosystem — a web portal and native Android and iOS apps — with a subscription engine, encrypted video delivery, bookmarking, and offline-first content download for on-the-go viewing. A central content management layer gave instructors a single place to publish curriculum across all three channels with consistent metadata and progress tracking.
The Outcome
Mindway moved its core delivery online with measurable gains in lesson completion and a meaningfully larger addressable student base outside its physical footprint. Course access became truly device-agnostic for the first time.
