Sample On Demand is a structured drug-sample distribution platform connecting Medical Representatives, managers, warehouses, and doctors — covering planning, ordering, fulfilment, and status visibility across the chain.
The Challenge
Drug-sample distribution in pharma is a tangled chain: representatives plan monthly outreach, doctors request samples, managers approve, warehouses fulfil, and reps deliver — all on paper, calls, and spreadsheets. The result was lost samples, missed doctors, and zero visibility on status.
Our Approach
We built SOD as an end-to-end sample distribution platform. Representatives plan monthly distribution and place orders on doctors' behalf during visits; managers approve and forward to the warehouse; doctors track status and reorder directly through the app. Admins manage company, drug, doctor, MR, and territory mappings centrally. The structured supply-and-engagement data layer is precisely the substrate today's AI-driven pharma operations products extend.
The Outcome
Pharma teams gained end-to-end visibility on sample movement and doctor engagement, with a structured platform replacing manual reconciliation and improving sample-to-conversion outcomes.
